Performs an asynchronous request to fetch orders and update the state with the result

Parameters
- options: { ordering: string; status: OrderStatus[] }
  Describing filter and ordering.
  - ordering: string
    How results should be sorted. Defaults to place
  - status: OrderStatus[]
